Author and speaker Elaine Bender is a Christian wife and mother of three, one with special needs. Elaine previously led a group at her church for moms of special needs children, and she has volunteered with the church’s special needs ministry. God placed I Am Exceptional on the author’s heart, and she prays this book will lead others to see God’s image in all His children and believe, as she does, that special needs children are without limits.
